Cautions

Lemon balm should not be used by people on thyroid medication or with underactive thyroids (Hypothyroidism). While goldenrod has long been blamed for causing “hay fever,” it’s actually not the culprit behind these seasonal allergies and actually can be used to help relieve symptoms.
